We are excited to share initial details about our upcoming ECSD Wellness Event. This year, ECSD is partnering with Quest Diagnostics as our new wellness screening provider.

Wellness Event Details

• Dates: Aug. 13–14, 2026

• Location: Adobe Middle School

Beginning after July 1, 2026, employees should watch for an email from Quest Diagnostics with:

• Instructions for scheduling an online appointment

• Biometric screening details

• Information about included health tests

Important: Save Your Historical Wellness Data

As part of the transition to Quest Diagnostics, ECSD’s contract with Personify Health will officially end July 31, 2026.

Employees who would like to keep copies of previous biometric screening or wellness results should download or print their historical data before access is removed.

Action Required

• Log into your PHN or Personify account to retrieve your historical results

• Deadline to save data: July 24, 2026

• After this date, historical data will no longer be accessible

Please be aware that dependent premium costs for medical, dental, and vision coverage will increase effective July 1, 2026.
