Student Registration Information
Welcome to Elko County School District's enrollment and registration page. Whether your family has been enrolled in our schools previously or if you are new to Elko County or the district, online registration must be completed each school year for all students. Registration for the 25-26 school year opens April 14, 2025.
Minimum Age and Entrance Requirements
Pre-K and Kindergarten Registration
Students registering for kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before August 1, 2025. Students registering for Pre-k must be four (4) years of age on or before August 1, 2025

The following Information will help you prepare to register your child in ECSD.
1) School Search

2) Online Registration
Parents can complete registration at home or contact their child’s zoned school for school registration dates and hours.
Existing Student
Parents who have children currently registered in an ECSD school use their Infinite Campus Parent Portal to re-register their children or add a student.

New to District
Parents who have children new to ECSD or who are returning after leaving ECSD can use the link below to register. After completing the online registration application, bring all required documents to your child's zoned school.

3) Documents required For Registration- New Student
Please upload these documents when completing registration online. For assistance, parents/guardians may provide these documents to their child(ren)'s zoned school. If attending an in-person session, please bring these documents with you. We encourage parents to reach out directly to their child’s school to inquire about enrollment age qualifications and needed documentation.

Immunization Requirements
We abide by the immunization requirements set forth by the state of Nevada.
Native American Students
To register a Native American student, please complete a Title VI 506 form for each student. The 506 form documents a student's American Indian and Alaskan Native ancestry. The amount of grant funds we receive is determined by the number of valid 506 forms on file with ECSD's Indian Education Program.
