Per the requirements found in NRS 390.275 regarding consistency in test administration and concerns regarding test security, all school districts are required to create and implement detailed district test security plans and investigation procedures. 

In accordance with this statute, Elko County School District submits this district test security plan. This local plan is aligned with the Nevada Department of Education’s (NDE) test security manual and refers to policies and procedures in place at the state level.
