The actual sale will take place on July 12, 2023 9:00 a.m. (PST) at the Elko County School District Administrative Office in Conference Room #1, 850 Elm Street, Elko, Nevada. Sealed bids must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. on July 12, 2023, at the Warehouse, 1020 Lyon Avenue, Elko, NV. Bidders are not required to be present.
Bidders will be contacted by phone if there is an equal bid on a particular item, at which time a “Dutch Auction” will decide the award. The items may be viewed TODAY through Friday, July 8 from 6:00 a.m. to noon and from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the warehouse at 1020 Lyon Avenue in Elko. Bids must be submitted by 8:00 AM July 12.
Successful bidders will be notified by phone and may take possession of their goods on July 12, July 13 or July 17, 2023.
