Bullying is when a person is exposed to negative actions by one or more people. The person being bullied may have difficulty defending himself or herself. A bystander is someone who witnesses bullying but does not report it or stop it.

  • Never be bullied into silence.
  • Never allow yourself to be made a victim.
  • Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself.
